Before and after – Concrete pool restoration

As you can see, this pool had been neglected and is covered in an extreme layer of algae. To make matters worse, some areas of the marblesheen pool lining had started to lift in some areas, leaving raw concrete visible – making these areas an algae hot-spot to grow and also an unpleasant sight to what was a beautiful pool.

We sucked the remaining water out, pressure washed and washed again with a hydrochloric acid mix. The areas of lifting marblesheen were treated, and the remainder of the pool surface was checked.

Over a 3 day period the pool was painted – 24hrs dry time between coats.
